Return & Refund Policy of Sweet Baby Diaper

At Sweet Baby Diaper, we are committed to providing safe, hygienic, and high-quality baby products. However, if there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is defective or faulty

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide proof (image/video) of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used diapers or opened packages
  • Products returned after the allowed time
  • Change of mind / no longer needed

4. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Replace the product with the correct item, or
  • Send a new product (if damaged/defective)

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • Replacement is not possible

Refund will be processed via:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad)
  • Or original payment method

6. Delivery Charge Policy

  • If the mistake is from Sweet Baby Diaper, we will cover delivery charges
  • If return is requested for other reasons, delivery cost may be deducted
